Can each sponsor see their own branded table?

Yes. Every table can be named (e.g. 'Table 4 — Ashford Foundation'), and that name appears on both the live display and the guest's lookup result.

Can we hide certain guest names for privacy?

Yes. You can show first name + surname initial (e.g. 'Sarah M.') on the public display while keeping full names on your internal export for catering.
